RESTART PC! AND ONLY OPEN PKO. NO OTHER APPLICATION NOT EVEN FACEBOOK. I DID IT NOW I WAS ALSO LAG FOR 6 HOURS LIKE SOME OF YOU AND NOW ITS DOING FINE.

NO DELAY!!! NO LAG!!! NO DC!!

1ST RESTART PC
2ND OPEN ONLY 1 PKO CLIENT.

THAT IS ALL. TRY IT. IF IT WORKS PLS COMMENT BELOW SO OTHERS CAN FOLLOW

Nah i download it full..
And i was playing since no guild..
This day only that happens to me this..
i dont know why.. something wrong about the server.
And im not only one too that laucher get update even its on latest updated already.
