reason? I'll give you just two:
1- one quest is impossible to complete for medium low lvl. gg I'll never see the end of this
2- the elves event is just a way to make players even more selfish asshole then normal (worst asshole ever: Boris1990)

this event sucks.

i like this event i have 65lv, now i have q in LT. I think just mission with barbarossa is to hard.
elf event too is ok you can kill elfs in pt and looking for them with friends.
Items are no trade and this is gr8 idea

Yeah, events are great for high lvl people, but they should consider changing Barbie for something weaker for people on 45-65lvl.
Maybe drunken uncle would be good xd

This event is not for new comers, new comers need to focus onto playing the game itself. We do not condone free-rides for new characters, or people who create new characters to just perform quests to quickly perform easy quests.

New comers have already plenty of things to do, it is the high level lv 50 and higher that needs bit touch, especially lv 60+ which is what whole event revolves around at.

Additionally, there is five side-quests, which can be on its own pace and have varying requirements.

I think that since the end reward is xmas Sock x2, which may contain UGs, it makes sense to make the quest have some sort of lvl requieriment (in this case lv 50), to avoid people exploiting it with thousands of alts. Low lvls already have the side quests which are pretty easy, and the first quests of the big one are pretty easy too.
