Make Revive heal a bit of HP, to avoid insta dying by mobs upon revival, and making Revive level actually matter. E.G. :
lv 1 Heals 5% hp, lv 2 Heals 10% , lv 3 Heals 15% and so on.
 
I actually agree with this, it was like that in top2 and it was very useful
 
Lv1 Heal 0% hp and every level increases 5%* that would be like top2, and yes, very cool idea!
 
But lv 10rev alredy rev u with 50% hp thats mean no one dont even try make rev more than lv 1...

But i think rev lvl 1 must add hp too i agree with that part. Like 5% at lv1

Higher lvl revive also gives lower cooldown, so if you think about it, having a higher lvl revive is not that bad of an idea if you also get higher heal.

I mean all it alredy added in game. Just lvl 1 rev 1hp - sad part.
 
True. More incentive to actually upgrade revive skill other than just to reduce it's CD.
