Gun lv 45 (Kiss Of the Cursed) bug?

1) Why does the 45 lv gun not only have to be removed? -12%? between few words only 12 points of attack speed? and why does it take almost 20%?

2)as in this image you can appreciate the test (

Here I am testing with the gun in that image

3) and here I am without it and it is clear that I have (160) attack speed

I do not understand why you take 20% off? of atack speed and the ring Sparkling ring of Fish Scale gives 5% and is 5% = 5 atack speed? it is illogical that a -12% attack speed consumes me almost 20% speed and + 5% of the Sparkling ring only gives me 5% or less

Hey dude, its not -12 aspd it is -12%, calculate 12% of 160 aspd which is 19.2( rounded to 20). Now subtract 160-20 = 140 aspd voila.
