Effect of a nana without sharing exp?

Is it possible to be in a party with someone who isnt in range to get any exp. but still get the bonus exp. from the effect of a nana?

It seems to be old trick, if you use party fruit and no else members are around to "split" or "divide" among, you'll keep the whole exp bag to yourself.

This bug has been here since our inception, fixing this bug would be unfair to most. We don't intend to change this behavior for now.

old thread i know, but what if someone in my party uses nana, but not around me, would i get the exp?

example:
Im in chill,
the other guy uses nana in fortune,
would both of us get nana effect? or only that other guy?

Only the one that use nana. (on fortune)
