Started Dual Shot & Frozen Arrow Adjustment

Bow SS have very few power compared to any other class. So i'd like to put my adjustment ideas here.

*Even making 1 of them come true is enough of an update!*

1. Dual shot atttack multiplier should be increased from 3.6 -> 4.2+

2. Frozen Arrow Should slow to be increased from 50% -> 70%

3. Make frozen arrow a stun in ca with the only restriction that you cant switch weapon to gun for 15-20seconds, so it wont be abusable cc.

Bow SS really need a power update because outisde CA none can survive 1 slash because their con to def& Hp ratio is too low to be tanky as an SS .
I believe this is a justified propose because its a reality for every bow SS user that they are urged to use gun due to the lack of bow actual power burst or dps.

I see alot of hate for no actual reason with any opinion .Even though most ppl know its only fair to raise bow ss power . If you already dislike tell us ur reasoning behind your dislike.Any opinion is welcome.

Making headshot kill 1 hit is too op, not an option, but increasing the dmg of dual shot makes sense, also enhancing frozen arrow, maybe cc, maybe not, it's hard to be SS in any maze, you die 1 slash, slash is too op after 210 aspd, you can break stealth with poison arrow (or meteor shower) but if you can't handle a slash it just doesn't makes that much sense. I'm not saying SS def should be increased, but enhancing few skills could make it better at pk and not unfair for sure.

Yes, it is a point. I think also Venom Arrow should be buffed too. Not as it was in ToP2 but, something in the same direction
