Drop hide

Hello
I wanna know if I can hide individual drop from ground, and if so how?
Like I'm farming elven fruits, and from shrubs I somewhere in files "delete/hide/modify" rest files frop that mob so it dont show like yellow bag on ground. So I dont have to loot like crazy Alt + A, but when it drop I see just 1 individual item i want, rest are still pickable, etc..

Well this is technicality possible. But we wouldn't support that because it is definitely a tweak.
