Crusaders = kill a certain amount of ppl/do certain amount of damage/kill:death ratio
SM/SS = seal a number of ppl
Champ = tank a certain damage
Clerics = Heal a certain amount of hp/ rev a certain amount of ppl in the same party
Voys = do a certain amount of damage / kill a number of ppl
You get my point.. this encourages more teamplay in my point of view
