After some comprehensive discussion with the team we've concluded that we will aid you with some conditions however, your character will be de-leveled but we will only perform the de-level if you have not yet assigned your free attribute stat point, same for skill point. If you have already assigned them, then we will not de-level your character anymore.
Furthermore, to prevent any more future lazy accidents we'll go ahead add a basic item to item mall, for which you can purchase and keep in your inventory, with this item you will not receive any source of EXP as long the item is in your inventory (however should you bank the item you will gain EXP). This new item will be added into item mall shortly, and made available for everyone who feel lazy to monitor and ensure they don't level up.
