The letters "ri" and "sf"

I've been wondering why we're unable to use the two letters "ri" or "sf" when naming a character, in a motto, or while naming a stall. I believe this "restriction" was removed in ToP 2. This is 2016, I don't see how anyone could possibly get offended by this, any chance it could get enabled?

I've removed it already, all of the filtering. It may take time to propagate.

They were abbreviations for chinese swearing words (has nothing to do with english, funny enough).
