We would like to question our players about one small improvement to the game.
We have noticed, that many players abuse the problem that exists in-game.
Especially the small fraction of time when player enter portal/get teleport'ed/dock ship on a PK map.
The Client uses this time to load the scene, and that's why players cannot defend them-self and they killed on PK even before they could take any action against attackers.

Our suggestion is to implement a special state, that hides player character and make it immortal while client scene loads. It will be deactivated before scene loaded in client side with a small anti-cheat system.

P.S. FC players, we will improve FC a little bit too. No worry.

Basically, What we want to do. Is to remove that character from map while client is still in loading state.
Destination wont see character and cannot damage it, until client scene is fully loaded.

The idea of the character doesn't appear when teleport is pretty good. That way who's already in the map won't cast skills before the "immortal time" finishes.
 
i dont like it.I would prefer dw type of situation,where u have small safe zone at the entrance .It would actually be fun and allowed for more fair pk
 
Exactly. As you can See. Enemies cannot even Enter. Why? Because their client still in loading state.
And when you already enter, it's game-over.

Safe zone will be abused even more. Because You can basically stand there and do nothing.
DW has 4 spawn places. Plus each such spawn place is safe zone and has two exits that are not inside one screen range.
While other maps like FC/DS/BD Lair 1/BD Lair2/etc have only one such spawn place. And it's heavily abused. Just watch @LuisaRLZ videos.

Ok its my bad.I didnt understand you fully the first time.I thought u want to implement that thing where u are invulnerable until u move,which would be shit because it would give all advantage to the attacker instead of defender.I like your solution.Defender still have advantage, it is just not as big as it used to be. And defenders deserve that advantage in my opinion. Getting there first is important part of the pk xD
 
First of all bd zones should have two safe zone, one when u enter from summer to bd lair 1 and the 2nd one near the statue like top. Blessed potions can be used to enter the bd lair 2 and be invulnerable for 5 secs. So imo, i dont think it is good update for bd zones. It is the attackers problem they lost some pk before which lead to the spawn advantages or came late to the maze, thus they should pay little more and use bless.

DWS should remain as it is.

For FC and DS, yes i think u need this update since u come from ship to land ur character wont have any buffs/pots activated unlike dw/bd zones u tp from land to land.
