No it's not a mistake.
SS as well as SM's can miss on Boss monsters now.

Enfeeble is now similar to Sealmaster's Seal of Elder
And share similar effect time on boss monsters

It just means that all Skills that seal/stun enemy can fail on boss monsters.
SS Enfeeble had "Percentage_Random (1)" that is 100%
We changed it to 0.8 as was in older files.

We can change both skills to 100% if we must.
