Does hight dogge make ilusion Slash miss?

Hey guys I was thinking about making a huge dogge build for my SS , do you guys think It Will work? Like , If o had 600 dogge Will every ilusion Slash againt me miss ? Can Slash be missed? What should be a good dogge stat to do that ? 450? 600?
