Adopting TOP2 Shortcuts for numbers

Hello,

Being a Seal Master or a Cleric can be hard when it comes to manage your shortcut list. We get faced with the hard choice of avoiding some useful skills because we don't have space for them in Shortcut list. This happens because the number of skills is more than the 8 shortcuts available. (I know if you press F12 you have a 2nd page, but it doesn't help anything when you in need of being fast and pking).

So, in ToP2 it became slightly better when you could use your Numbers (1 to 8) to cast skills, making it 16 slots of shortcuts highly useful and fast to cast.
Is there any chance to make it happen here?

It's relatively easy to add the second bar, however, it's not easy mangle the fact when we add 0-9 keys, they will be mixed with chat-typing. Need to then prepare chat box so it can be enter-before-type.
