Simple.
It will be abused as any other such type of item.

For Example, you made your char skill build for levelling. It's nice and good.
But then decide to go full PK.
In this situation, you probably max out skills that otherwise you would not use levelling. Or even skip some skills in favor of other.

thats the point of skill reset, so people can change their skills if needed thats why u put it up for 150 rum or 200, so even in game-cash would be really pricey, if you could reset all your attribute points that would be abusing tbh

yea, i never really understood how resteing your skills would be abuse, what class would benefit from this? a sea voy going from sea > land?

regarding stat points, yea that stuff could be insanely abusable if there was a "full attribute reset thingy"
