I think the Skill Reset Book should get added as soon as possible =D

being able to reset your skills is too much of a luxury for it to be this cheap lol, it would have to be 1k rum atleast and i STILL wouldnt want to to be in the mall

Damn, like a skill reset penalty, not a bad idea at all dude!! Then you wouldnt even have to increase the price of the book itself too high

Yes this is a great idea! Or you could also give one to every account (the one that requires Facebook) for free. That way the 1 time skill reset cannot be abused and make it untradeable so people can't just keep opening up new accounts to get more skill reset books.
but then again, people can just make a new facebook account, anyday, easy beasy tho

Though I've never really been fond of this item, the fact that Morph Runestone was added to Item Mall, sort of changed my view on this sort of items.
A pure luxurious item aimed at further privileging mallers for a pretty handsome price seems like a decent idea. There's already quite a few people who've spent a ton of money on Slots, high lvl Poss, plvling, etc. Yet due to foolishly following Guides, they messed their skill points up, so remaking a character isn't really a good idea, nor is waiting for RB (reminder how there's only 8 people RB'd, and none of them messed their skill points up).
So I don't see why not, with proper restrictions - high price mainly, (though I'm fond of the idea of not being able to use it again for X time), and there's also making it untradeable. Though I think a high enough price is restriction enough to make it not-so-abusable. Somewhere along the lines of 499-599 Rums was on my mind.
Though adding items such as these further makes mallers more privileged, an item with no DIRECT boost in the item mall, simply a way to clean a maller's mess, could in fact bring some revenue and be a nice idea.

Exactly. It's not like its a +5 permanent str potion.
And by that i mean, we have alot of in-general good items thats essentinal for players, benefitting and aiding them if they need help
Like void stone, Stat resets, Bank charms, item locking stone.
So the thing that alot of people struggle with, is finding the propper skill build, and it would be essentinal with a skill reset book to motivate the people who "messed up" and provide them a tool to help them re-make their character, instead of creating a whole new one, from scratch, which some people really hates, because then they can't use that same chaarcter name.
And regardng the abuse, if you put a buy limit, per account, i doubt you will see any sea Voys, resetting skills only to be land voy and then sea voy, especially if you put the book price from 299-499 Rum <- which btw, seems like a really fair price or such a luxerious item!

OK. This was in discussion for a very long time.
From one way, doing Rebirth quest is a way to resset skills and change your character type and build.
From the other way, some players have skill problems early on.
What IF:
And a mall Item. That open a quest path for player to reset skills.
This item can be used only once.
