It's a pretty difficult subject, because both adding and not adding it contradicts the principles of how the server works. Mallers being privileged and having access to more luxurious items via mall (such as skill reset) is a good reason as to why it should be added, but then again, having a reset button for when you make an "oopsie" available doesn't really fit into the server's "hard, unforgiving" nature.
There's a lot of arguments for and against gameplay-wise as well, but ultimately, I doubt we'll see it. That, or it's added as a ridiculously expensive item.
