The RNG factor of eq which can have random stats is fine as it is, this would simply break it.
-RNG to drop an item (in most cases)
-RNG to get a stat
-RNG to get the right amount of stats
-RNG to get the right stat
The last one is the most fickle and making it dynamic is a joke of a suggestion in my honest opinion.
