Sir, I am Dhruv from India. I tried to mall by airtel prepaid sim. I am not receiving the code in my mobile phone when I text to Alphabets to mobiambo app. Please help me

I apologize, I have never heard of "mall by airtel prepaid sim". So I am unfamiliar with their ways and processing. I wish I could be more of help, but as it stands, that payment system do not exist in my country (or any of PKO developers) so we cannot answer that question ourself. You would get a lot more help and quicker to resolve by contacting paymentwall as they are primarily who charge you and then confirm to us the payment is finished.

Further more, I see your transaction is completed today, and there is still extra balance in your account. Are you sure you did not receive it? Or have you purchased other transaction today already?

The transaction which has been taken place is from IDEA sim. Yes, i bought 3 rums from it. But when i tried to do with airtel sim it just didnt receive any code..Dont know why this problem occurs

Your balance is not "3" it is actually in fact "11" which is total of three transactions. You have 11 rum barrels, but you will need to convert rum barrels into rums when you have decided where you want to move your points into game accounts.

Rum barrels = forum account balance
Rums = game account balance

You may have one or more than one game accounts, and due to how our system works, you must first purchase from your forum account, once the payment has processed, you then may decide to move your balance into game account.

You may exchange the rum barrels into rum by clicking the plus symbol that's located in the very item mall itself. Please see our FAQ for more tips and we will have full image-based guide, as well a video-guide to help explain how our item mall along balances works.
