Got problem with payment method

Hello,
I was checking yesterday payment methods and i saw phone paying methon is avaliable(For my country,Serbia) so i paid for phone credit when i went home from work today i tried to get my rums and i got a problem there is link of picture i would appreaciate that if u help me to solve problem and get my rums cuz it seems im wasted my money..Thanks..http://www.igreklik.com/slike/images/93205020355839981879.png

We do not make decisions on those matter, Our payment processor, xsolla takes in charge into that matters. In most cases, it's country's laws that inhibits payment methods due to tax/embargo reasons. We do not really touch or have any say in those matter nor you can do much to change xsolla's approach in this terms.

Xsolla is big company, they have over 900 payment methods, including big ones like paypal, western union, even apple pay. I think the most important thing here is that you need to realize other options than being locked up on this method.
