Hi,

I recently had to wipe my cell phone about a month or so after I set up 2FA Security account and had it working. I could purchase rum and so on without any issues.
Now after I wiped my cell phone I can't get it to work with my cell phone. I type the code in the item mall when it requests it and it says "Rum exchange failed"

Not sure if i need to reset up the account or what. if I had access to the QR code I could probably get it to work I hope. Any suggestions?

yes I am using Authy.

I reinstalled the app on my phone and couldn't remember my backup code which I never new I had or supposedly had one.

Everytime I have tried to add any acount even the first time I did it for Pirate King Online it sent me a code through sms and I never got a chance to use it.

I tried to create new token or whatever you call it and nothing links up with the item mall. I can't get access to the rum i purchased.

I have been talking to the people at Authy support, so far they have done the recovery process, but hasn't helped. I still can't redeem the rum i have purchased so I can use it because any token that shows up when I log into Authy on my cell phone doesn't give the correct code. Please is there any help on Pirate King Online's side that could help?

Ok, I received an email today from Authy support. They said that PirateKing Online should be able to send me the QR code that is associated with my PirateKing Online account so I could get the Authy App on my Android phone linked my account on PirateKing Online again. I can supply any information needed to send me the QR code. Please will you send me the QR code associated with my PirateKing Online account.
 
Sorry it seems that I have forgotten to post here last time, my question was: Your account doesn't seem to have 2FA enabled. Are you sure you are using the accounts you own?
 
if you are looking at my daughters account then that is why it looks like i don't own it maybe. i could be wrong

If you don't mind could you come over online discord and identify yourself? there's some questions I want to ask but it depends on successive answers, questions dynamically changes over time.
 
Sorry to keep posting, but I'd like to have access to my Rum and rewards I have. I just checked the security thing on this account and it says it is enabled.

discord? is programmers chat app. i tried to get on it to talk with all the people, but I am not sure if I even did the steps right to get on discord because of the way it was acting so I gave up. My original reason for attempting to get on discord was to ask if the max level of the game could be raised from 80 back to the original 120. Respectfully for your knowledge I will not be getting on the chat threads for Pirate King Online. I am only interested in playing the game and spending a little money in the item mall every so often. My daughter and brother also play the game on their computers.

I had forgotten I even tried to get on discord. I am not out to commit any crime against Pirate King Online or anyone associated with it nor the players either. I am an honest person and i just would like access to the Rum I have on this account so I can get back to playing the game without this issue.

Please let me know what is going on.

I just read your request to get on discord to talk to you So I will, I just hope I have it set up properly.
 
@Zanka I'm on discord now, not sure how it works in browser and I can't seem to send you a message other than talk open chat I think.
