I think 1minute cd for a skill that isnt even a guaranteed hit is quite unreasonable.. 30-40 seconds would be a good number

lol i have to bump this, i just dont understand why champs signature skill is a piece of shit; there isnt a single good active skilll on champ's skil tree. The CD is 1 whole minute and it misses all the time even if you have excellent hit rate... the skill is unreasonably bad...

the skill is a joke, same with howl, same with mighty strike... i know people whod rather max sword mastery before they put 2 points into it

8 points in sword mastery is 32 atk ... mighty strike has low cooldown and easy hit, you can win pvp against crus this way
