Primal Rage 1 min cooldown and misses 80% of the time nevermind how much HR you have.
Was testing skill with my champ who has 211 HR vs SS with 130 dodge and I only hit 1/8 attempts. Surely the skill needs fixing, Either make hit 100%, or inc HR a lot or half CD.
9 points in primal rage for it to miss all the time and 1 min cd. Make it a viable skill for champs please.
That's because its hit chance does not at all depend on your hit rate or the target's dodge - but on level difference. The formula is not quite attractive though;
30% ± 2% per lvl diff (obviously +2% for each lvl you're above the target and -2% per each lvl you're below the target), capping at 1% and 90% hit chance respectively.
The thing is that the skill is incredibly powerful because:

tends to pack quite a punch on lower level targets (~71% of a 210 slash) on which it has relatively decent odds of being hit - making it the second ranged nuke this class has (as opposed to cruz with "only" slash as their ranged nuke)
-More importantly though, it's the only ranged stun in this version of the game (not accounting flash bombs) - and due to how stun levels in this game work, it can be chained with flash bombs, making it a few seconds long ranged stun - on a TANK class. The person who eats a primal will surely not have a chance to escape the incoming gangbang, so it's quite a powerful disable. (Yes, cruz has stun as well and a stronger one, but they are not a tank, have to get close, and can easily be bugged while using it)
So all in all, this skill is pretty darn amazing when used well. A free ranged nuke on nabs or a generally guaranteed free kill on any target is a pretty big deal, despite numbers like 1 min CD, less damage on slash or low hit rate on higher level targets making it look bad.
