Can you consider changing to PayPal directly?

The Payment wall People is driving me crazy.
they are so inefficient.

They have been asking me for information to verify me as the owner of the account. I have been forwarding them information for 1 whole day and till now they are still requesting information .

it is really frustrating

It's all about building relationship, they need to wait and see if there will be any problem with your source of funding, due to fact too many people skim credit cards, stealing card and then going all out purchases then few days later owner files claim.
