I dont remember registering to this but when i use my main-to-game email...I got auto-ban for reason:Ban hammer
I am playing on cybercafe...
Is that a bug or a legit admin if it is may i know what the case is?

Ban Hammer is for Botting.
As our Privacy policy states, we use `Unique device identifier hash`. This information is used for tracking users, as well as tracking any users that violate Game Rules & Policy. That why CyberCafe is a no-no, because a single PC can be used by multiple users that may violate Game Rules and result in a ban of all the users that accessed from that device.
