regarding to some accounts banned for magma bot

I'll just drop a couple of lines here, i dont expect you to unban or something but atleast i think you should give the opportunity to players that are not botting to speak out , in my case I really dont care about my characters lose , or how much money or pet i lost , but i dont think its fair to ban someone that is innocent, I personaly often use team viewer with my smartphone , so i auto magma, i dont use to answer chats so i block all, and i just keep auto magmaing , also sometimes my roommate does it when im busy with something, i dont know if you conside ir as a 3rd party software, if so then im in fault.

Teamviewers on smart phone is definitely botting. If you weren't botting you would response when GM are around, but if you just proceed to cast and perform tasks that otherwise impossible to do so without being reactive.

Well I didn't know that it counted as bot, its my fault then, btw is there any possibility to retrieve accounts or items, I'm not doing it again, just to know, since it was not of my knowleldge, i consider myself a fair player , and i even used to party people that wanted to lvlup when i saw them around, everything is based in trust, once you asked me to mall 1$ to verify mall functionalty, i trusted you, now trust me.

btw keep doing your job, its good to have and admin that attend players needs.

Maybe,I wasn't going to create a thread but then I thought it was a bit unfair , it's just a game, I only want to know if there is a chance since I didn't know , I'm just waiting for zankza response , I'll accept whatever he says .
