i had my main acc right...i malled on my main acc right...
i made an alt acc(aka) my buffer for when i solo lvl...i also malled about $100 on that alt acc just 1 time and i went to sleep because i was tired and came home from work on payday.
so i log back in the next day and i get this dumb ass message "bann hammer" no ive read rules and read other forum post for ppl who also got bann hammer for botting but what possible way could i have been botting?

can i not make an alt for me and mall on it too is that wrong..ive read rule 2x to be exact and to make sure i understand i still didnt see my reason for this bann hammer. and i think its ridiculous how you guys "do not enclose personal ppl acc affairs" im just here like whats the reason for this ban like wtf? @Zankza

and even if acc sharing with who? myself? botting how? because i made my alt buffer acc like everyone does??
this is ridiculous i malled several times and just take all my money like that and no explanation to why this bann hammer is in my face.

As far as I know, GM's always have a reason to ban. If you think logicaly, why would they ban a possible costumer ($$$) for no reason? Makes no sense.

Malling on alternate accounts won't get you banned.
Sharing accounts with someone who got banned for using bot, will get you banned (Account sharing)
Botting will get you banned.
Doing RWT will get you banned.
Buying rum and then doing chargeback will get you banned (until you pay the amount you charged back)
Hacking/Scamming/Impersonating will get you banned.
Please, read all that is written in the links I posted up there.

Here is what to do:
First of All, if someone claim He was banned. Log off from forum and all your "fake" accounts. And use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of page.
The "Your Email Address" in that form must be exactly same with the user that need support.
All Reply on the such case will be sent to user e-mail box.

We can't help you because you are not whom you claim to be, if you cannot enter/login the "banned" account then you need to use the "contact us" link at the bottom, but of course, make sure you are logged out.
