Evening Zankza, on friday evening or saturday, i was re-fusing a ss glove that was +11 Acc lv55 SS glove with 1 socket +lv4 strike gem. Reason i asked if there was a glitch or something was because of the fact that after i put all items correctly, (because ive had done this mistake before) after pressing confirm i had lost my lv4 strike gem, but the fusion catalyst was put back into my inventory and i dont understand where i went wrong. Only reason its bugging me is because i am 200% certain i had the items in the correct slots. unfortunately i have been busy traveling with my work so i haven't had time to be able to sit down and write this out the night it happend. i had just went on to refuse and set my stall and getting ready for the next work day. I am curious if there is anyway to look at the records or something that can be done to see where the process went wrong. Thank you very much.

I'm sorry for the delay, but I was finally able to get some of data-logs today in relating, it does appear to be a player-made mistake, IE you did not properly place the catalyst into dialog. That being said, we share the compassion the losses, we recognize and for that reason the next server update will bar any fusion without catalyst if equipment has gems. And in one time exception we will reimburse your loss, with some more extra data verification (to make sure the loss was legitimately truly lost).
no worries i understand, i know how busy working people can get caught up. And as far as that, thats interesting it shows that. The day i did the fusion i was certain sure everything was placed correctly. ive learned my lesson quite a bit ago to always tripple check, because ive lost before because of misplacement and it costed me greatly. Reason being this lead me to believe to think there was a bug with this current situation. And yes of course, what ever questions you have or need me to answer i will respectfully give you it and with 100% truth. Thanks again for taking this situation into consideration, i can see how it can easily be seen as a simple mistake done by the player.
Just let me know if there is a certain time that i need to be on or what actions you need me to do. Ive been busy the last week with the hurricane that hit my state, but now everything is moving along, im finding myself to become active again in the game and would like to see if this can get looked into.
