Item missing after "rollback"/"restart"

Hello!

A few minutes before Server shutdown earlier today, I was opening fortune packets (about 20stacks). I had them in my bank and after using all of stacks I put CB's in bank on same spot where I had one of my fortune packet stack. I had about 65 CB's. After logging back online right now, I noticed that all CB's were gone, those fortune packets were back in my bank (20stacks) and I am also missing on 3 or 4 Sacred Snow Mountain tickets (those were in my inventory).

Hello Andraž. First of all, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience. The Rollback wasn't planned. On the other side, it seems like your loss was just those 3-4 Sacred Snow Mountain Tickets, as you can re-open your fortune Packets. For that, we would like for you to understand that we won't be able to do a deep search on our files to see where those tickets went, as our GMs/Developers are very busy at the moment.
