Make Taunt skill work 100% on CHAMP ONLY

as the title said, with this , tank can actually use the taunt skill to take aggro off the boss or mob.
make it that it replaces aggro if another champ use it on the mob too.

well they can limit the effect to champ only, just llike what they did with other skills that gives specific stats if _____ skill is lv 1-10

but that is not going to happen because it should have same effect for champ and crus, cuz it's 1st class that define it. same could happen with buffs, ts, rev, vigor, divine grace, etc...
 
for people that disagree with the idea, i can tell you have never play any other mmorpg other than PKO/TOP , u need to understand that champ is suppose to be a tanky class and able to TAKE aggro by using certain skill to TANK the mob/boss for us. Taunt does not work all the time even with lv10, they need to change the effectiveness to 100% to make it work properly, so we could have arrange a team for bossing with main tank, sub tank, or even a third tank. or simply introduce new skill that can take aggro.

If @Developer think this is a reasonable idea, here is the question

Do we want a small range of AOE skill that takes aggro or Single target skill for taking aggro?

off topic here, even thou that this server is suppose to bring nostalgia to people but at the same time, if @Developer wants to really make money, they need to think of a proper way to make the game fresh and new and unique.
Oldschool Runescape was introduced on 2013 started off as Runescape 2, they have been constantly fixing bugs(which i think PKO has been doing the same) and updating new content into the game(So far the content we are seeing in the game are existed content, not to mention some of it still buggy), they also have community poll for player to decide what content should be added to the game (above 75% voted content will be approved and introduce into the game) they also dont have that many developers at the time while managing such a big game comparing to PKO/TOP.

i also know that PKO does not have any 3D Modeler atm, thinking of getting one soon?

But that's not how it's played... there exists a reason for that. You could say voy was meant to be a hybrid class (because their uns equipment gives str, agi, aspd% and spr) but that's not how they're played.

It's not about Taunt, it's about how aggro works. If you can manage aggro and Taunt effectively enough, there's no boss in the game you can't do, there's no need to make it unnecessarily easy. What would bossing look like? Con mode champ spams taunt, people mindlessly hit the boss while not having to worry about proper aggro, healing, stuns etc?

Pretty much anyone who plays this game plays it for the old school content, that's what PKO's been promoting since its release. Not for some "mega custom" new things... let the game update itself as needed. I agree some new content to spice things up is in order, but I feel like most people misuse the term new content into simply adding a bunch of custom crap which probably gets old fast or copying things from other servers.

I don't know why people have the urge to compare TOP/PKO with other MMORPGs, yes, both are the same game genre, but the community, the reasons people play those games, how those games' concepts work in real-time are worlds apart... it's silly to make such comparisons.
 
its a sad truth that we do not have as big player base as OSRS, and im pretty sure server cannot even hold 5000+ players...

that is true, the thing that i have not thought about is bosses mechanic, they are not as advanced as other modern MMORPG.

To be fair, there was a voyager back in china PKO were build with full agi and spr voy(not too sure if thats the stats build), and the voy had passive 420 dodge and uses magic with melee, weapon gems are rage, crackrage and, soul , others i dont remember, and its actually a pretty decent voy build for CA judging by the damage they gotten from their weapon is already pretty darn high. so yes it is possible to make a hybrid voy its just nobody willing to give it a shoot
