Lags on my PC

Can some1 help me with lags in game? How its posible with i5 gtx 950m and 8gb ram?
used win 10...

What kind of laggs? Movment laggs? or frame drop ocationally?

When i go to argent City or fight with skills my fps going down. I got problem with game not conection.

Intel i5 2x 2.5 ghz
I got netbook

I don't need the frequency range or how many cores, I need the actual model, it matters because there's so many chips and some of them have integrated graphics.

After Job i check.
My graphics geforce dnt run on game. Work just from procesor.

Follow that webpage guide, as it says, you need a special driver to get your GPU to work. right now, it's your CPU that's doing all work which is why it's lagging.
