Keep getting "VerInfo" when i try to launch

I understand you are frustrated, We are too frustrated by the programming code libraries, it appears the net framework 4.5 is not good enough for us, and we decided to go with 3.5 instead.

Because of this change, it now works on most of PC unlike before! Please download the BRAND new setup 1.1.3 today and I promise it will work now! Do not forget to delete/remove your old client first before proceeding setup!

why do you make us download the whole game client again? isn't there a section named PATCHES there? use it......
