Keep getting disconnected

I was afk all day long because I was working, came home and saw I was disconnect which is normal at times. But now I keep trying to log back in and every time I get into the game I keep getting disconnected like a minute in. Anyone go any ideas.

I can't even login. First I get a message that I've 20 ping at launcher, if I start the game it says: Connection failed.
