what skills should i level up ans get. and whats stats should i invest in? please help theres no crusader guide!

Upgrade your rings, your spd neck, get BoEs or other high lv swords that might be better than DoEs, get a hermes frame, get high lv gloves. Gem your stuff.
Granted this will change once level cap increases/abaddon opens/new gear is realeased/etc etc so just keep up with it.
If you are looking for budget high lv crus then thats a different story. It can be done IMO but you need to grind to higher levels to have an edge and to make sure you arent taking a reduction from the level gap.
