I miss all the time on my level 65 crusader slashing is cool and all but if i want to kill something like a champ or any mob it will be impossible unless my auto attacks actually work, is it a legit build to put some points into accuracy? i cant afford to gem for hit rate what should i do?

You should gem hit rate. Lust gems aren't that expensive and they're good in the long run as well. You can put lv3 in Enigma Chest Gloves which are the best gloves for your lvl and for quite a time to come. You can put lv1-2 in swords too, or lv3 if it's swords you plan on keeping for awhile. Worthwhile investment and it helps a lot with leveling.

As for PK, you'll get hit rate as you get higher level (Lv70 claw, hit rate per level, concentration). Most classes use CA paw which gives low dodge so you shouldn't worry about that. Meleeing crusaders, on the other hand, is quite hard until you're nicely gemmed.

Though to answer your primary question, it's not worth putting acc on cruz. You get a lot more value from str/agi at all stages of the game.

What is the max lvl of the gems we forge into our items? @Leba

wear lv60 enigma gloves and lv60 hit rate rings and learn how to calculate damage hit and dodge using simulator tool

If im not mistaken adding ACC to crus is a waste since every 5 ACC points are 3 Hit Rate points.
Unlike Sharpshooters, Crusaders wont get attack damage from ACC.
Thats why Lustrious Gems work best for crusaders, since they add 5 Hit Rate points.
Nothing else to add in that sense.

From my previous experiences from TOP1, TOP2 and private servers, its a waste to focus on Hit Rate if you have a limited budget.
Since Crusaders have high dodge rate, you will never be able to catch up your hit rate to 1v1 them. So most crus rely only on their slashes. Unless they 1v1 for like 1 hour which is less probable.

For PvE I never took care of HR, raw damage is enough for most monsters and bosses.

Was never a fan of forging Lustrious in my swords, at least not in my main ones.

Champs have low dodge so hit rate is a not problem against them. Crusaders are not champ killers anyways as they are the worst class to go against them.
If your attack speed is already crazy high and your str is maxed out I would go for con instead to make you less of a paper cruz
