Having trouble getting my game started.

I am having trouble opening my game launcher. I've restarted my PC, I've tried the "Game crash client" thing, I've uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. Now I'm stuck and don't know what to do. This is what pops up after I double click the PKO icon. Anything else I can do that you know of?

Tho its for game, but crash report for launcher, also are u running the launcher as admin?

Yes, otherwise my pc won't let me run it all..... Maybe my pc isn't reacting to the game right?

I've tried the crash report.... It doesn't seem to work for it...... It's not uploading anything, almost like there's not a file there.

That was it when I double click the Pirate king online icon, just that error pops up. I reinstalled my whole computer and reinstalling the game. If it does the same thing, I will take a screenshot of the error alone with no browser in it. Sorry for the poor information screenshot above by the way.
