[Guide] Submitting game Crash reports

WARNING!
Crash Dumps include sensitive data.
DO NOT ever post them on forums! *
Crash Dump size can be up to 3Gb​

* Use at your own Risk.
** Tool support only one single Game instance.

• Download tool**: https://code.pirateking.online/PKO Crash Collect.zip
• Unpack to Desktop:

• Run the tool form Administrator (Do not close the black window):

• 

• Run PKO Launcher and press Version Check:

• After all done. Click "START":

• When Client crash, Tool will capture Crash Dump and save it:

• Locate the dump, and pack it:

• Now lets Upload it, and send to Admin
• Open the file sharing service and click Upload:

• Select packed dump and upload:

• Once upload done. Copy the "Share file" URL:

• And Write to Us using "Contact Us" at the bottom of page (include link in your mail).

This thread is Absolute as now Client is able to submit the crash report directly.
