1. Stay online event(90 hrs per month).
2. Ofc, if theres stay online event, there is Award Center.
3. Pirate Clubbing.
4. Daily and weekend multiple exp event.
5. Weekly hexa(I think, this one is part of the plan).

I disagree with pirate clubbing.
It's too early for weekly hexa(hexa, I think should start when the server is around 6+ months old), maybe the 2x event or 1.5x event should be sufficient for now.
90 hours online event is ridiculous too should never be implemented XD.
I dunno about the award center.
 
Award center with reputation exange would be nice, to make some usage of repu

With the current state of the game and economy, making an Award Center which would be balanced is next to impossible.

Absolutely not, it shouldn't be added in years, if ever.
4. Daily and weekend multiple exp event.
I'm up for "random" EXP Events, 1.5x, maybe 2x at best, but not scheduled ones. No point in leveling, say, during weekdays, if you know that there's going to be an EXP Event on weekend.
5. Weekly hexa(I think, this one is part of the plan).
Maybe eventually adding Weekly Hexa for LOWER levels, but not yet. Hexa makes grinding on higher levels look like a complete joke, in the ~2 months that the server has been up, having had Hexa twice (3x 15 mins each) was arguably too much already.
 
Hexa for lower level is a good idea, maybe capped until lvl 55.

So it will help fc/ds player and help the economy (wood, ore, sashimi, candy selling).

I agree capped until lvl 60-65 should be fine, so that there will be more competition on DW and CA.
 
I think hex should be implemented every 2 weeks and capped at 65. Twice on a Saturday, every 2 weeks, 12 hours apart to make fair for people in every continent.Candies are just rotting away in mall.
 
Those things you listed are generally unfavorable due to their rapid content-destroying. We've witnessed enough of content-destruction in single lifetime, Going let this game relax.

I think, it depends on rewards.. :)

And I guess, the things I mentioned above is the things that makes non-maller and maller balance.. :D

BTW, Im just asking if those things are part of your future plan.. :)
