UG price is generally pretty constant until the supply is low. When someone makes enough money to buy one (or a few) UGs, they generally want to spend it (especially if they have, let's say, 3 UGs and enough money for a fourth piece; for lv3) as soon as possible. This often leads to people giving crazy offers and UG price rising until either the people who are currently demanding are satisfied and/or the supply increases and prices go back to normal again.
This is the reason why UG price has been almost the same for over a year, with Striking being the only exception.
So to answer your question, DK doesn't give a sufficient amount of UGs to even be considered a reliable source of it, let alone to be able to shape the UG economy which is so strongly set in stone.
