There was a person with AMD card. on Windows 8.1 x64.
Same problem, after installing Windows Updates.
Fix: Install fresh AMD graphic card drivers.

Hi, I have this same problem, started playing this game again and for some reason I have this weird lag issue too, updated my gpu drivers and every possible driver I think and it is still happening please help .

same problem here, actually i have w10 fully updated with and AMD card (AMD radeon R9 200) i'm going to try to install the last radeon software, i will update if it fix it, at least if it work it can be usefull if someone got similar configurations and the same problem

i just installed the latest version of the radeon software for my graphic card, i have founded it on the official website simply tiping "*model of the card* last drivers" on google.

Try to avoid "Generic Graphics" card in "Display adapters"
It is known to cause problems.

actually for me is impossible set an other graphic card since i have made my pc by myself so there is only the graphic card i have installed, the motherboard don't have one by default, so this isn't my case XD but if someone got a preassembled pc can that can be the cause of the problem since usually they got different setup for hardware and drivers.
