Experiencing random lagg

Hi, as of yesterday I've been lagging out on some of my clients. The lagg would just come randomly and when it would, a few of my clients would normally DC, a few would be laggy, while the rest would be perfectly fine to play on. I even tried closing clients, but the same thing pretty much happened right now, my buffer was all fine, my champ was laggy and my cruz kept DCing and getting massive lagg spikes.

I tried checking my internet speed to see if it's the same as usual, as well as restarting router, but nothing seemed out of the ordinary. I can run anything else that requires Internet as I do normally.

Did some clients maybe ping a bad server? I'm really not sure, but I'd like to know a way to fix this, it's one thing if all my clients dc or are laggy, but if some are and some aren't then it's just strange.

Was happening to me yesterday also, but today I've had no problems as yet.

Overall the Internet is quite big and fragile place, that being said, I think I felt some disconnection too, most of time the Internet fixes itself, there is not exactly anything we can do honestly.
