Dont get item from Mall in Temporary Bag

I was buying 2 stack of normal rats, 1 socket set. I only got 1 stack of rats, idk if it dropped or something, but i think it should be on the temporary bag first. Can you check the mall item purchase history for me? Thanks in advance.
