Concerning Mirages

I agree with Zankza it's to early for mirage as it only benefit those who are above lvl 70+ which mean the lower and newer player
doesn't benefit from it unless they sell entrance requirement item which doesn't really profit much.

If they been implemented though maybe just put it once a week preferably on Saturday so that no matter which timezone it is, it still
would be an off day for work/class.

I don't agree in mixing leveling & pk map together as it will incurred problem such as higher tier guild map monopolizing, pk for fun
when people spend money on nana/cb.
 
It would so appear that this topic requires some attention from community, today we'll be talking about the so called mirages. There is total of three mirage maps, one for each main map, IE a shaitain mirage, argent mirage, and icicle mirage. Mirage is special and timed map that's only opened for players lv 70 and above, inside the mirage there is many tough but very rewarding (exp) monsters. Additionally there is a boss for each mirage which has nice lump sum of exp and potentially powerful drops. The entrance fee is reality mask which exchanged by any grocer in main cities. The reality mask can be exchanged for following items:
Additionally, mirage is limited to character lv 89 and under, lose 50 reputation upon entry. The schedule is currently set to only opening at 1PM and 7PM. The following information was extracted and verified by scripts.

Question: Do we open mirage? Is adjustments required? How should schedule be normalized, twice a day or twice a week? Is entrance fee really a fee, albeit not just some junk where fee is more of "change-coin"?

making it pk zone wont make it attractive for leveling but for pk instead XD

The reason for PK is the BOSS there.
May-be is can be made to be timed. Like half a time it's a normal levelling place, and another half it's a hell of PK.

if not going to cause troubles, i'd suggest to make a portal inside of mirage that teleports you to a boss room that is pk area... but the ideal is to be as it always was, BUT if need any update, i think that this isn't a bad solution.

The boss isn't that good. Besides the 3% drop rate items which will later be used for Death equips, and ~180k in cash, it's worthless. I don't see why a good leveling spot should be turned into a PK zone with moderate rewards. I could already see people wanting to waste others' amps and nanas. I appreciate wanting to add more PK in the game, but there already are places where you can do that, PKing for a leveling spot just doesn't make sense.

i remember once farming those death items with a friend... it took us about 7 months to get a drop of each one, doing mirage bosses almost daily, so i feel making mirage a pk zone would lead to way more monopoly than that simple 3% of dropping
 
My point exactly Luisa, just look at BD. Making mirage as a pk zone would only benefit top tier guild or those troller who pk
for fun since most cruz/ss can be killed on 1 slash.

On side note it took me and my mates around 3-4 months to get all the drop required for death eq from mirage bosses with
Mordo Jr and hi amp. :confused:
 
well a non-pvp map boss is fun as well XD would be like AA/DA and astral isle from top2 days :D
as long as its not OP drops should be fine.
but i still think mirage is too soon or maybe it should be once or twice a week only to see if it will inflate exp or not, and then maybe adjustments can be made.
