As you all know most of the voyagers in game are Ami . Theres some Lance and zero Phyliss because the advantage ami has over lance and phyliss is insane , and the only reason some lance voys exists is that they plan to rebirth to crusader later on but what does that have anything to do with actual voyager class players.
The advantage ami has over lance/phyliss is simple. CAPS
-Ami Caps can give up to 8(or more?) stats+def (8 stats is like +1.5 ug level which is hundreds of millions of gold if you need a higher level of ug to catch up to your ami counterpart simply coz of the fact that they are ami even tho you are both same class , not even mentioning the +def their caps give )
-Originally caps were made for amis for their lack of "good stats" in their boots but ami specific boots are completely irrelevant because nobody uses them . Everybody uses the non gender specific items which are BIS
for example:
Boots of the Green Dragon
Chaos Pawstone
Black Dragon Wing
-As a solution for the lack of lance/phyliss magic class caps you can make this item lance/phyliss/ami voyager/cleric/sealmaster specific with slightly higher stats like +3 con +3 spr and 20 def (which will still be not as good as ami caps but its something i guess)

Please let us play lance/phyliss voyager without feeling like we are so far behind of amis just coz they are ami . They already have their small character model advantage let us at least have a cap to work hard for
