Cant start the game

today i have been trying to start the game, and for some reason every time i click the launcher it says "cant launch more then one copy of launcher" even though no other launcher is launching. i tried ending the process of the launcher and relaunch and still the same. can u help me please? @Zankza @Developer

1. Reboot PC.
2. Uninstall Anti-virus
3. Run Launcher as Administrator

I have done all the above, yet the i cant see the launch. i should point out that i started getting that just today and now when run launcher nothing pops up but i still see it in the process list.

In that case, it's typically problem with privileges, you have anti-virus and why haven't you uninstalled it?

i did uninstall it and rebooted the windows afterwards

Your PC is infected. I see "photoshop.exe" but there is no photoshop on your PC.

You have big problem, clean, fix, re-install operating system first. Then you can play PKO like happy Ami =)

Problem fixed after re -installing windows. Thanks for the support.
