Lag everytime you enter the game

I get a notification everytime when i open the launcher. it says that there is an internal problem and that i have to send you "log details". After i open the game i can play like 2 secounds wtihout lag, then i cant do anything. I cant attack monstars i cant acces stalls or NPCs its like having constant lag. Here are the log details from my PKO folder:

Update: I reinstalled the game and now its even worse. I cant even login now, my internet is acting weird and i got a bluescreen. None of this has happened before and i think it is because of the game.

It is possible that something is interfering with normal application routine. Be is some AntiVirus or SmartScreen.

well i fixed the problem after i reinstaleld it the third time. idk what was wrong
