Can't redeem Rums

I can't redeem rums. When I attempt to, system says "Item mall is busy, please try again later". I have this problem since yesterday.
 
  1. Take deep breath
  2. Click item mall button
  3. Take deep breath
  4. Click Plus Sign
  5. Take deep breath
  6. Input your value of exchange
  7. Take deep breath
  8. Click Confirm
  9. Take deep breath
  10. Enjoy!
