Symbol of Honor redemption CA NPC

Zankza, the npc says we need 200, 2000 or 20.000 reputation depending on which symbol we want to redeem. But when I try to redeem it the npc says I dont have enough honor. Am I doing something wrong or is there a bug here?

It means honor.

IMO it should be changed to reputation, almost nobody has all that hard earned honor (there's barely mvm parties) to spend on a single item, it only makes bps that require the last 2 impossible to make.
