What kind of Code?
When you create game account. You have two options.
Inside game when you create your first character you setup PIN code. This PIN code is used to delete character or lock/unlock whole inventory of character.
There is also 2FA option available from website. If 2FA is activated, the TOTP code is asked for the first time you enter game character from your PC. And for first purchase in Mall, as well as to unlock individually locked items.

The 2FA seed must be saved on your device that you first used to setup 2FA.
In any case, we resend you reset keys that can be used to change 2FA seed.
