What is the Max attack speed that someone can get on PKO ?

False. That is the final multiplier for illusion slash.

Some players have reached 300 ASPD and even rumored to be 400 ASPD.

You'll need lots and lots of agi points to get anywhere close to it.

Afaik, the aspd cap was something like 560. Though as a SS here, making it past 200 will be a challenge, past 300 probably next to impossible.

I know I hit 645 on full buff+zerk on uns 85 110% in ToP2. 512 w/o zerk. I know that was max unless you had other skills/pots/eq that boosted aspd, because base would only go so far. 196 agi is when you hit it iirc.

If my math is right then 300/301 is max base then. (512/1.35(buffs+frenzy) / 1.26(dual uns 85 110% = 13% each)). Probably looking at 494 max w/o zerk and 622 with zerk in this server since BoE's are the best swords available.

P.S. in case you haven't figured out yet this was in ToP2 around 4-5 years ago I reckon.

I know I hit 196 agi passively at some point when I was 120, but sadly don't have pictures from that time.

I'd say useless in practice but very possible on agi pet/poss and max agi build. 100 base agi + lv41 pet + poss is 182 agi already after all.
